MUSIC CHOICES

I have put several recordings here, some made especially for the site;
others are taken from demos made over the years; and selections from
my most-current CD, all for the purpose of you being able to hear
examples of "what I do." There are also songs that I wrote with
my elementary school students.





The CLASSICAL choice is exactly that, with me playing a piano.

The DUETS choice is me singing with Joni Maxx.

The SELECTIONS FROM MY NEWEST CD are four of the fifteen songs on my current CD,
"I'm Holding Out," all of which are original compositions written by me.

The STANDARDS choice consists of examples that are representative of what I do
when playing alone at a restaurant, club, or private party: all the usual jazz standards
including tunes from Broadway; so-called "cover songs"; "oldies" (including Motown,
The Beatles, dance music, and blues); songs by Van Morrison, Mose Allison,
Dave Frishberg, Michael Franks, Bert Bacharach, and many, many, others.
I encourage requests and it is very rare when I can't satisfy one.
